Description
Raclette is a world famous cheese. This French mountain cheese is traditionally cooked on a raclette machine that heats the cheese, to be drizzled on-top of potatoes and accompanied with a range of cured meat, cornichons and salads. Not suitable for vegetarians
Don’t worry if you don’t have a raclette machine, you can easily melt it under the grill
