At Connage Highland Dairy, we make award-winning organic, vegetarian cheese using milk from our own grass-fed cows, right here on our family farm in the Scottish Highlands. What Makes Us Special?
Our cows graze on fertile clover pastures, surrounded by the beautiful Highland landscape and the sea air of the nearby Moray Firth. We believe this unique environment contributes to the special character and flavour of our milk, which forms the foundation of every cheese we make. Our experienced team of local cheesemakers take great pride in transforming that milk into a diverse range of cheeses, from our traditional Dunlop and rich Clava Brie to smoked varieties, Gouda, Crowdie and our distinctive Highland Heart Shaped Brie.
