Killeen Farmhouse Cheese, Galway Ireland make cheese on their goat farm.
Haske started his 50 acres goat farm in 1990 and in 2004 the first cheese was made, now they use all the milk from his 200 goats. The stark-white Saanen goats are grass fed.
A beautiful creamy white sweeter goats milk gouda with a gentle flavour, slightly nutty with maturity.
